Directions

Step 1: Apply The Scalp Max directly to the scalp, targeting thinning areas and spray close to the scalp for better absorption.

Step 2: Use six sprays to cover affected areas evenly.

Step 3: Apply once in the morning and once at night for consistent results.

Step 4: Do not shampoo your hair for 4 hours after applying the spray.

Step 5: Use regularly for at least three months to see visible hair regrowth.

Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water.

Application Guidelines

Frequency

Generally, apply 1 mL (or as prescribed) twice a day (morning and night), about 12 hours apart, to the affected areas of the scalp.

Scalp Condition

Apply only to a clean, dry scalp to ensure proper penetration and avoid dilution.

Application Method

Use the provided dropper or spray to apply directly to the thinning area (e.g., vertex/crown). Massage into the scalp with fingers.

Wash Hands

Immediately wash hands with soap and water after application to avoid unwanted hair growth in other areas.

Do Not Overuse

Increasing the dosage will not accelerate results and may increase the risk of side effects.

Precautions and Potential Side Effects

Temporary Shedding

Increased hair shedding may occur during the first 2-4 weeks of treatment. This is normal and indicates the hair follicle is entering a new growth cycle.

Initial Scalp Irritation

Redness, itching, or irritation of the scalp is common due to vehicle components (e.g., propylene glycol). If irritation is severe, discontinue use and contact a doctor.

Systemic Side Effects (Rare)

If you experience dizziness, fast heartbeat, chest pain, or sudden weight gain, stop using the product and seek medical advice.

Unwanted Hair Growth

If the solution drips onto the forehead or face, it may cause unwanted facial hair growth. Wipe it off immediately with a damp cloth.

Avoid Other Topical Products

Do not use other medicated scalp products simultaneously unless directed by a doctor.

Shelf Life & Usage

“There are no US laws or regulations that require cosmetics to have specific shelf lives or have expiration dates on their labels, but there is a time frame for when they should be used after opening. We recommend using the product 90 days after opening maximum.

Unopened and kept in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, some products can last up to 2 years.

While using older products may not be relatively harmful, the product may have lost some potency and may not be as effective as a newer, fresher product.”
